TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Overview
The Re-TRAC Sightline™ Standard Plan is designed for solid waste and recycling professionals. It provides access to Re-TRAC Sightline's suite of analytical reports that fall within the following data categories:
- Local Government Recycling Programs
- Recovery and Disposal Facilities
Features
The Standard Plan provides customers with one (1) authorized user account and up to two (2) additional user accounts to generate reports within the included data categories. Customers can generate reports within the State associated with their plan. Many reports include filter options to indicate a subset of the counties within the State associated with their plan.
User Accounts
One (1) authorized user account and up to two (2) additional user accounts are included with this plan.

This plan provides the following methods of exporting charts generated via the Re-TRAC Sightline service:

Local Government Recycling Programs

MATERIALS ACCEPTED ANALYSIS
This report summarizes the materials most commonly accepted in residential curbside and drop-off recycling programs. It also provides a community-by-community breakdown of the materials accepted in residential recycling programs.
RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAMS ANALYSIS
This report summarizes the number of curbside and drop-off programs operating in the jurisdiction.
Recovery and Disposal Facilities
Search an interactive map to find recovery & disposal facilities near you and analyze the average tipping fees charged by disposal facilities operating in your jurisdiction.
TIPPING FEE ANALYSIS FOR DISPOSAL FACILITIES
This report measures the average tipping fees charged by disposal facilities in the jurisdiction. It includes a trend analysis that plots the annual average tipping fee charged (per material family), for the past 10 years. It also lists material-specific tipping fees for each disposal facility in the jurisdiction.
INTERACTIVE MAP OF RECOVERY & DISPOSAL FACILITIES
The interactive map of recovery & disposal facilities is an invaluable tool for government agencies seeking information about the waste & recycling facilities operating in their region. Search by facility type, ownership type, and materials accepted to see these facilities plotted on the map. Click the pin to expand an info pane that displays useful information about the facility you selected.
Updates
Regular updates are made to the Standard Plan, and any new reports or features added to the Standard Plan are also included in all active subscriptions.
