How many user accounts are included?
Each Sightline subscription includes access for up to three (3) user accounts within a government agency. If you're looking for more than three accounts, let's chat!
Can I publish the data?
You may share the reports (or portions thereof) such as in a report, article, or presentation for your organization's own use and provided that you do not sell, rent, or loan the reports to any third party, you do not remove any copyright or data source references affixed to Re-TRAC Sightline, and you properly cite the reports and data source. Does Re-TRAC offer technical support?
Every subscription includes two-business day technical support email inquiry response time.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by ACH/EFT and check (due net 30 days).
My agency requires a quote in order to proceed with a purchase. Can you send me one?

Can I purchase Re-TRAC Sightline for more than one state jurisdiction?
Sightline subscriptions are currently limited to one state jurisdiction but we plan to expand this in the future. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can notify you once Sightline subscriptions can be configured for more than one state jurisdiction.
Can I add Re-TRAC Sightline to my existing Re-TRAC Connect subscription?
At this time, the two software services, Re-TRAC Connect and Re-TRAC Sightline, must be procured separately. You can view the Re-TRAC Sightline Customer Terms of Service here.
How will I be billed for Re-TRAC Sightline?
An invoice will be issued promptly by email to the billing contact you identify on the purchase form.
